Resumo:
Discusses the motivations and interests of substitute teachers
from the School of Social Work at the University of Rio Grande
do Norte State to fill such a role , making a link with the more
general determinations of the working world that mark the
contemporary. For the production of data , literature and field
research was conducted with substitute teachers , acting
between the years 2009 and 2012 in the same university . I
conclude by showing that the tendency to insert this particular
work space has multiple justifications , with the subjects,
especially young people , newly graduates from undergraduate
courses , aged between 23 and 25 years.
