Resumo:
The objective of the study is to discuss the risks and rites and their
relationship to the body practices in nature. Three analytical categories derived from
related studies on the subject were presented: first, risk concepts in postmodern society,
which is the transition of society and the expansion of risk consequences; the second,
the risks concepts in bodily practices in nature, exposes the diversity of risks and
uncertainties, whether positive or negative, found in these practices; and the third, rites
in bodily practices in nature, is to express adoption of rites for the preparation of exposure to risk. The risk and rite in bodily practices in nature have an interrelationship
with from the uncertainty found in these practices and the imaginary universe.
