Resumen:
This article aims to think the usages and appropriations of war technologies and social
control in transnational political warfare mobilized on behalf of the world peace. Also,
build brief provocations about the positioning of multilateral agencies, particularly the
United Nations (UN), ahead the extension of the use of remotely piloted technologies
driven to kill in the name of social defense. Through the present history we questioned
how biopower enhanced by remotely controlled technologies and justified by reports
that supposedly shields the violation of Human Rights triggers the pervasive racism that
drive warlike attacks guided by fighting terror and the worldwide democratization.
