Résumé:
This article proposes a debate about the practices of
violence against children and adolescents, in an analysis of political
philosophy and sociology of violence, in authors such as Foucault,
Arendt and Michaud supports important. This track is intended
to bring questions, in an attempt to make a historical ontology of
ourselves today regarding the event violence against children and
adolescents in Brazil and inquire about social policies prescribed
and performed after the enactment of the Statute of Children and
Adolescents in 1990. We questioned the compensatory policies
legal and medicine used today, producing a breakdown in passing
that, in the history of this involves forcing the move and thought
denaturalize what seems unquestionable in a critical attitude of mind
that allows you to operate a daily problematization overlooking the
open ields possible and think what is presented to us as a nation
