Resumen:
The UNICEF since the endof World War II, in the twentieth century, has been developing
interventions aimed at protecting the health ofwomen, but first care of children orphaned by
warand then amplify ingthe actions formaternal and child health. After the seventies, extending their practices to defend, protect and guarantee the rightsof children and adolescents inall countries, especially those classified aspoor and developing countries. Brazil isone
of the countriesin which UNICEF has, since 1946, working. Therefore, launches publications,
booklets, organizing conferences, raising statistic sof violation of right sof children and adolescents, and non-governmental organizations articulating politically to induce and promote
ways to govern the behavior of population sappointing as at risk ina medical, hygienist, disciplinary and biopolitical society.
