Abstract:
This article is a theoretical essay and aims to describe some research procedures, in conjunction
between Social Psychology, Cultural History and the Philosophy of Difference, from the
document analysis as a methodology and modality of resistance. Some are analyzed
subjectivation processes, types of power relations and production practices
of truth in documentary research, which make it possible to break with crystallizations and open
passages to new stories. For this purpose, supports are brought from Michel Foucault, Gilles
Deleuze, Félix Guattari, Michel de Certeau, Roger Chartier, Peter Burke and Paul Veyne. The aesthetics of existences can be effected by ethical assessments in research and by positions
policies, constituted in the work of historical and documentary analysis. Contributions from
Social Psychology can be linked to the Philosophy of Difference, based on tools
of Cultural History and, thus, allow studies that trigger resistance and the creation of possibilities.
