Abstract

The relation between art and life’s sciences is old, but, recently, it began to be seen as a life security problem. We propose that the control of artistic practices is overall caused by migration to the artistic context of bio-security procedures that have been developed considering scientific problematic. Biotechnological art, showing new dilemmas in techno-science in experimentation and laboratories perspective, signalizes a problematic that goes over the aesthetics question.
