Résumé:
This article describes through a statistical analysis the relationship between the Family
Fellowship (FF) Program of the Federation Government and the housing situation of those
contemplated in the Program, based on the National Survey of Continuous Housing Sample -
PNAD Continuous, 1st Visit referring to the year of 2022. For this analysis, the microdata
collected on the basis of the questionnaire used in the survey, as well as technical notes made
available by the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics, were consulted. (IBGE).
Because it is a reliable source for obtaining statistical information on the demographic, social,
economic and housing characteristics of the Brazilian population, and using quantitative
methodology the data were analyzed using the R software and the survey package. The results
obtained through this statistical analysis provided to find that there is an expressive amount of
low-income people who own their own housing; the value of the rental is extremely
expensive, in most UFs mainly in the South, Southeast and Central-West regions of the
country that come to compromise more than 100% of the value received by the BF. We can
see that the BF has a relationship with housing, given that the value received by the
beneficiaries minimizes housing inequality, since this value helps families with the essential
costs for survival. In this regard, more studies are needed to help understand the conditions in
which these housing are located, to promote and improve public housing policies in order to
improve the living conditions of the low-income population.
