Résumé:
With the recent pandemic case we saw how much our
country was unprepared to receive such a high demand for
patients in hospitals, many of these cases could have been
avoided if prevention measures were adopted more
quickly. In this context, with medical data generated and
treated in a more intelligent way, the rapid increase in
cases of a given disease could be combated
more effective way, since the population could be
alerted about growing diseases, in areas with the greatest
incidence and ways to prevent it. Therefore, the objective of
work was to develop an application for customer service
doctor, supervised by a professional, who could be
adopted by clinics and health posts, with the purpose of
demonstrate that the spread of diseases can be reduced
if we make better use of this data, showing authorities
potential foci of spread, remedies, symptoms and diseases in
high. The application was validated during its development by
health professionals and health academics. The assessment of the
application was carried out on a form answered by 54
people, the results proved that the application can be very
useful to society.
