Resumen:
Organizational diversity involves people from diverse backgrounds, customs and cultures,
while inclusion is the way companies recruit and retain these individuals. It is therefore crucial
to create work environments where LGBTQQICAPF2K+ employees feel valued and respected,
promoting a healthy, productive and inclusive environment. This work aims to analyze diversity
inclusion and corporate promotion initiatives for the LGBTQQICAPF2K+ community based
on the results of scientific articles published between 2010 and 2022. The study adopted a
descriptive, bibliographical and qualitative methodology, based on sources from the Scientific
Electronic Library Online (SciELO) journal. The results of the research showed that inclusion
and diversity policies often lack effectiveness and, in many cases, remain restricted. It is
concluded that the role of organizations in LGBT acceptance and inclusion goes beyond mere
written policies; it is a vital commitment to equality, respect and dignity for all employees.
