Résumé:
This article aims to evaluate the information technologies used in agricultural production. To
achieve this objective, the bibliometric method was used to map scientific productions of
articles published in the Web of Science database. For this, the exploratory research
methodology of a descriptive nature and quantitative approach was used, through the
bibliometric research method using the Web of Science database, using the keywords
agribunisses and information technology, resulting in 28 publications found, to Vosviewer
software version 1.6.20 was used to process the data. As a result, maps were created
organized in clusters presenting the most cited authors and the most used keywords, in
addition to listing the most cited sources, as well as the countries that published the most
works on the topic, with emphasis on Brazil, which appears in second place in this ranking.
The research provided an insight into the use of information technologies in agribusiness,
through quantitative data, identifying some important points, such as the relationships
between different areas of knowledge, as well as the most productive authors on this topic.
The research made it possible to point out some limitations such as the small number of
works found and indicate the carrying out of research aimed at specific regions such as semi
arid regions.
