Abstract:
The production addresses challenges and possibilities in the organization of pedagogical work for
teaching activities in the daily school routine. This research focused on the organization of pedagogical
work as its object of study. The research question guiding this study is: how does the organization of
pedagogical work contribute to teaching activities in the daily school routine? The overall objective of
this production is to analyze how the organization of pedagogical work contributes to teaching activities
in the daily school routine. In the methodological approach, a qualitative method was adopted,
conducting exploratory studies and semi-structured interviews involving six education professionals
working in public schools. The analytical categories guiding this study were school management
according (Luck, 2009), organization of pedagogical work according (Libanêo, 2008), and school
planning according (Libanêo, 1994). From the conducted study, it was observed that the organization of
pedagogical work manifests in the interaction between knowledge built in the daily school routine and
the relationships established in educational processes, permeating interpersonal relationships, teaching
practices, democratic management norms, school structure, school community, planning, the
epistemological and political-pedagogical dimension of the school, as well as the challenges involved
in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the Pedagogical Political Project.
