Résumé:
This article aims to report
experience in the Institutional Program
for Teaching Initiation (IPTI), developed in
partnership with the Licentiate in Science
course from the Federal University of Amazonas
located in Humaitá-AM with the Oswaldo Cruz
school. The project aimed to complement the
training of future teachers; prepare and improve
academics for teaching practice; developed
pedagogical strategies; provided students with
contact with the real teaching situation with the
classroom: to elaborate, discuss and rel ect on
activities relevant to teaching and learning. The
following actions were developed in the project:
selection of scholarship holders and supervisors;
presentation of the Program by the Coordination;
identii cation and distribution of scholarship
holders at the school and beginning of the
planned activities. With the start of the planned
actions, it was noticed a positive interaction coordinator, scholarship students, supervisors, and scholarship holders. Alternative materials
were developed to support teaching aids. As a result of the actions, a sample of the work
developed during the term of the project was presented, to publicize the importance of IPTI,
seeking the interaction of those involved with society.
