Abstract:
The general objective of this research is to understand the social mechanisms that
influence the maintenance of the delicate situation experienced by women who teach
in full-time public education institutions, amidst the troubled context presented by
Brazilian society in the coming years. to be its contemporaneity. The problem question
raised in this academic study is: How do the multiple social pressures that are inherent
to the gender of educators negatively influence the full development of their
professional activity. The methodology used was largely mixed, since it unifies the
parameters of a bibliographical research, due to the elaboration of a theoretical
framework whose development becomes crucial to situate the theme effectively
developed, with the application of a field research in which the study subjects who
made up a single control group were effectively heard. It is concluded that capitalist
society further exploits the person of the woman who acts both within the scope of
formality and at that point has her labor force exploited, but for this she receives an
amount that can be considered as derisory, but also and above all the it affects what
becomes the private sphere of her life in which she performs a second job that is not
exactly remunerated by society, which comprises the function of caring for her children.
