People management is essential for the success of modern organizations, in the face of the market
which is increasingly fierce, demanding and in constant development. In view of the above, the
The general objective of this research is to evaluate how people management processes are carried out
in a Cosmetics Distributor in the city of Sousa-PB. Regarding procedures
methodological research was carried out through exploratory and descriptive research with a
qualitative, then a semi-structured interview was carried out with the company manager. You
results showed that there are flaws, firstly the company does not have the management sector
of formalized people, the lack of training leaves a gap in the quality of services, the
