Suporte à inclusão e à gestão empresarial: versão evolutiva de aplicação web para a CodeX Júnior.

Abstract

This Undergraduate Final Papers reports on the enhancement of the Projexa software system, an Application for Supporting Project Management and Transparency at CodeX Junior, the junior enterprise of the Computer Science Department at UFCG. The main focus of this project is on expanding system access, allowing all CodeX Junior members to use the platform according to their hierarchical roles, and implementing and deploying the enhanced system to record project updates in the form of notes. To achieve these objectives, an evaluation of user perceptions regarding the implemented improvements was conducted. The assessment covers the perceived utility of the system, usability, user behavior, interface experience, performance, and overall satisfaction with the enhanced application, using a Likert scale-based survey. Survey participants included leaders and associates of CodeX Junior, where data collection was carried out through an online form (Google Forms). The analysis included a comparison of responses before and after the system updates and an overall assessment of responses. This research represents an opportunity to improve project management at CodeX Junior, promoting greater inclusion and transparency. It is based on the work of Lucas Anthony Ferreira de Oliveira and was conducted with the consent of participants and voluntary collaboration. The results provide valuable insights to guide future improvements to the system, contributing to CodeX Junior's pursuit of more effective and transparent project management.
