Abstract

This final project brings an analysis of the tasks of social workers on the Social welfare policy in the service of protection and Full Service family a CRAS in the municipality of alto serrate of Paraiba the perception of professionals working in the institution. In this way, we try to grasp what the working conditions of these professionals, focusing on services and the weaknesses inserted to the guarantee of rights to users. The theme emerged from the concerns emerged for the experience as an intern in the said institution. The survey was conducted in exploratory character of substantiated quality. The subjects included in the survey were professionals who work in politics within the institution, in a selection of non-probability sample applied to the two social workers. Data collection took place by a semi structured interview and your analysis was performed by means of the contents of the lines. The method of analysis was historical materialism dialectic by providing an understanding and apprehension of the reality and its various provisions. The results of this research were that the developers work situations of social workers face several weaknesses regarding their duties and implementation of policy, where the attendances are still precarious and the lack of recognition of the for management and policy professionals undermine the conditions for warranty and implementation of the rights of users.
