Resumo:
This study, integrated within the scope of the History Degree course, focused on the analysis of my educational and training trajectory as an education professional. The research addressed my evolution of the schooling process, with an emphasis on my teaching training and the influence on teaching practice at the Escola de Educação Básica Ana Ferreira da Costa, in Riacho de Santo Antônio, from 2000 to 2023, in addition to my internship. teaching carried out in 2023. The core of this study was a case narrative, in which I shared experiences and learning during the internship, exploring the understanding of classroom dynamics and reflections on my professional growth. Throughout my career in basic education, I realized the relevance of the teacher's role in the student's life and how he can transform the reality of these young people. By unfolding the study, we seek to contribute to the understanding of the interconnections between academic training in History, teaching practice in schools and the specific demands of the region. The results showed significant contributions to the teacher's professional growth, highlighting valuable learning and enriching reflections on teaching practice, such as Paulo Freire's principles of emancipatory education that consolidated my thinking. The experiences narrated not only shaped my pedagogical approach, but also redefined my vision about the essence and responsibility inherent to the role of an educator in training. May these reflections not be restricted to a point of arrival, but serve as a starting point for future explorations and contributions to education.
