Abstract

This report describes the main activities performed by the student Rodrigo Toledo de Araujo, from the Electrical Engineering graduation course, in the internship carried out at Bio-Sensors Laboratory (LARCA/e-BIOS), during the period from March 14, 2023 until June 16, 2023. During this, the fundamentals of the technology of biosensors and the SPR effect, the elaboration of a computational system for the analysis of the SPR phenomenon and the experimental results presented therein. Also, the maintenance carried out on the equipment and computers used in the laboratory is presented.
