Resumen:
In this report, the activities carried out by the student João Pedro Brunet Freitas, an
undergraduate student in Electrical Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Campina
Grande, during the internship at Acumuladores Moura S.A. in Belo Jardim, Pernambuco,
are described. The internship lasted for 1350 hours, from June 12, 2023, to March 12,
2024. The student was supervised by Isaque Silva and performed the following activities:
Monitoring updates of the PIE (Electrical Installations Record) of unit 01, providing
support in fire prevention and firefighting projects and solutions, supporting the
implementation of new technologies in the maintenance engineering area, and providing
support and improvements in electronics and automation projects. The courses Electrical
Circuits 1 and 2, Electronic Devices, and Electronics from the Electrical Engineering
Program at the Federal University of Campina Grande were of fundamental importance
for carrying out these activities. Upon completing the internship, the student acquired
skills in problem identification and resolution, continuous improvement in the industry
using world-class tools, project management, and a comprehensive understanding of the
regulations outlined by NR10 in the context of electrical installations. Additionally, the
student developed and improved circuits using microcontrollers to address specific
challenges in industrial environments. Also participated in the elaboration of lighting
projects and gained a general understanding of the processes involved in maintenance
engineering.
