Abstract:
In recent years, there has been a growing need for society to gain training on issues pertaining to socio-environmental sustainability. Thinking in the context of Public Administration, more specifically the Court of Justice of the State of Paraíba, there is an urgency for administrators to be agents of change in the work reality, contributing with their actions, for the most part, small and routine, towards the responsible consumption of products and services, consolidating effective socio-environmental responsibility. This research has the aim of analyzing the Sustainable Logistics Plan (PLS) of the Court of Justice of Paraíba (TJPB), observing its visibility and adherence among the servers of that court, stationed in the Patos-PB forum, thus outlining the socio-environmental management profile of the institution. To this end, the hypothetical-deductive approach method and the systemic procedure method are used, in addition to bibliographic and documentary research techniques. The methodological classification is based on applied, qualitative-quantitative research. Finally, as an instrument to facilitate reflection and application regarding daily actions capable of building a new socio environmental culture within the scope of the investigated institution, as a technical technological product, it is proposed to prepare a booklet, written in simple language, direct and with clear examples that attract the reader's attention, proposing a systematic process of guidance for all members of the TJPB administrative structure, encouraging them to adhere,
voluntarily, in the exercise of their work activities, to the rules of the logistics plan sustainability of TJPB. This purpose can be assessed when evaluating functional advancement through the completion of courses focused on the topic and, thus, given the systematic execution of the measures recommended in the booklet, it will be possible to achieve significant behavioral changes as a result, which beyond the work sphere. They may, therefore, be replicated in the personal and community spheres of the lives of the individuals who make up the sample investigated. Furthermore, it is expected that the results obtained will arouse the interest of senior management, aiming for a significant improvement in the conduct of its socio environmental management.
