Resumo:
This undergraduate thesis investigated a fundamental question that arose after observations made during the Supervised Internship II and III courses: "What contributions can be observed in the education of deaf students through the implementation of a didactic sequence on Newton's Laws, using gamified lessons?", aiming to fill a gap identified in academic literature. The research sought to combine gamification and storytelling as strategies to enhance the learning of these students. The literature review contextualized the study within the education of deaf students, emphasizing the importance of Brazilian Sign Language (LIBRAS) and current legislation as fundamental elements for promoting inclusion and accessibility. The methodology adopted was Design-Based Research, focusing on creating a didactic sequence tailored to the needs of the target audience. The results and discussions obtained during the implementation of the proposal revealed positive aspects, such as student engagement, as well as challenges, including responses to proposed questions and time management when addressing specific topics.
