Análise das manifestações patológicas em residência unifamiliar na cidade de Caicó - RN.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to survey the pathological manifestations of a single-story residence in the city of Caicó-RN, as well as to determine the origin, degree of priority, causes and, finally, propose solutions for the pathological manifestations identified. This work was carried out through a bibliographical review and a case study carried out through an inspection to collect data from the residence. The research made it possible to identify, classify, diagnose and propose solutions for the pathological manifestations found in the construction systems of the analyzed building. The places of occurrence, origins and priority levels of the anomalies were recorded and analyzed. The recommended interventions were defined according to the urgency and complexity of each case, with priority being given to grade 1 and then grade 3.
