This report details the activities undertaken by the intern, Alexandre Pedro Yure Cariri Gomes, a student of Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Campina Grande, during his internship at the EMBEDDED Laboratory. The primary activities involved studying and developing software for embedded systems, utilizing Arduino and C2000 microcontrollers with a focus on control loops. Key methods employed included hardware-inthe-loop (HIL) and automatic code generation through Model-Based Design using MATLAB Simulink.
