Análise da dimensão ética na atuação profissional do(a) assistente social frente à sociabilidade capitalista.

Abstract

This work aims to reflect, in a critical appreciation, the ethical dimension of Social Work. Broke therefore the foundations of ontology of social being developed by Georg Lukács, in which it was possible to understand ethics as historical construction of men, and concrete action carried out from choices made freely and consciously. The methodological approach was guided on historical dialectic materialism in order to capture in full the determinants involving the realization of ethics in the practice of social worker. The literature of qualitative approach in order to reach the proposed objectives we used. In the course of construction of the study, the foundations were exposed ethics from the ontology of social being, then was presented a discussion of the contradictions arising from capitalism that have led to the unraveling of the values that underlie social relations. Reflections on the genesis of Social Service and the immanent ethics through a critical analysis about the foundations of ethics codes that directed the practice of social workers were also discussed, highlighting the impasses found by the trader to effect the realization of the 1993 Code to a front precarious situation of the objective and subjective conditions of work. Finally, this study enabled an understanding of the emancipatory values that should pervade the practice of social worker and explored the various forms of dehumanization and objectification of human relations established by neoliberal logic.
