Abstract

This paper aims to make analyzes of the services offered by the Integrated Service Center teenager accused of an offense (ICAS) of the city of Mossoró / RN, this that this is a temporary detention facility for juvenile accused of an offense . This is an exploratory and literature. It is understood the importance of addressing this issue because it is one of the most varied expressions of the "social question", which is configured as the hegemonic literature of the profession, such as socio-historical reasons base of Social Work. The subjects corresponded ten professionals who work in this institution. This was a sample of the random type. Data collection was processed through semi-structured interviews. Analysis of the data was the light of theoretical references that address the issue. The survey results were revealing that educational measures have been developed from a policing perspective controlista and, typical of the state apparatus, characterized by strong omission of the role of facing a reality that is noticeable and in need of attention.
