This research aims to analyze the conception of supervised training of (the) students of Social Work - both those who are in stage process as those who have experienced this experience - highlighting their role in the training process. We opted for the critical dialectical method in the construction of the research in question, in view of an analysis of the object in question in order to capture its essence, structure and dynamics and the contradictory relationship between entering the Supervised Internship and possible "disenchantment" the practice professional. This is a case study, exploratory, bibliographical, documentary and field, which had the data collection instrument semistructured questionnaire with open and closed questions, which sued a quan-qualitative analysis. Among the main results of the research, we can highlight the play three misconceptions about the Supervised Internship, namely: stage as the only time to practice teaching in vocational training; stage as application of theory in practice and stage as the unique moment of completion of the synthesis theory and practice in vocational training.
