Abstract:
The paper analyzes the model of Inclusive Education, as it stands today in Brazilian public schools is a proposal that meets all, standing nearby and differences between the legal sphere and the real. Through documentary and literature reflect on the history of education of people with disabilities to the present day with the implementation and execution of the National Policy for Special Education in the Perspective of Inclusive Education. For the current study, analyzes the data and the impacts of School Affordable programs, School Transportation Affordable, Continuing Education for Teachers in Special Education, PROLIBRAS and Inclusive Education: the right to diversity. Discusses the concept of inclusion and exclusion from the perspective of relationships developed in the capitalist system. Discusses the essence of school inclusion as state control strategy. As possibilities, indicates the qualitative and quantitative research not only adjustments to grant the three true foundations of inclusive education: access, quality stay and knowledge production. It indicates the perception of this model of education only as a context to be improved and overcome, to reach a new stage in the history of education: the construction of an educational system of universal access.
