Resumen:
In this work it is suggested that the discipline of Le_ gislation and Professional Ethics be included in the curriculum of the Agricultural Engeneering courses.
Through a close study of a great number of technical publicati ons, and many works presented at congresses, seminars and meetin gs on other branches of Engeneering, the authors verified that this subject is often discussed. The near observation of most Engeneering curricula shows that almost all of them include simi lor disciplines with excellent results. Therefore the authors believe that the contribuition they bring trough this work is va luable.
As they present it, the authors will give the motives that inspired them and will suggest a cast of subjects for the discipline as well as a methodology that they believe useful for its development.
