Resumo:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM), which in Portuguese means "gestão de relacionamento com o cliente", is a relationship management strategy aimed at understanding and anticipating customers' needs. Its main goal is to attract and retain customers. Lack of a good comparison between CRM platforms can lead to a bad choice of platform. The use of an inadequate platform will bring costs and losses to companies because instead of helping with the relationship with the customer it can cause stress for the customer and a bad reputation for the company. Aiming to help companies choose which tool best suits their business, this paper will make a comparison between the following CRM platforms: Salesforce, RD Station and Agendor. Ease of use, available features, integration with other tools, the cost of the plans offered, interface and the limitations that each platform may have will be evaluated. From the analysis and structuring of the use of each platform, this project intends to present a comparison between them through the author's experience so that people and companies have a real report of use to evaluate the positive and negative points in a more practical way.
