Résumé:
The Brazilian Computer Society (SBC) promotes several scientific events, some of which are published in the SOL digital library (SBC OpenLib). After the paper review process is completed, event coordinators (chairs) need to prepare the documentation to submit for publication of the event proceedings in the digital library. However, the number of articles and the manual work involved in extracting the fields to create the proceedings are time-consuming, making the process slow and subject to human error. Furthermore, there is no tool that extracts all the fields automatically. Therefore, the objective of this work is to develop a tool that reduces this manual work as much as possible in the context of papers published on the SOL platform and that follow the SBC style. With this, most of the information will be extracted from the content of the final version of the articles in PDF format. SOL Proceedings is a Google Chrome browser extension due to the ease of use it provides to the user. Some tests with already published proceedings were carried out, and the tool can reduce the effort in preparing the proceedings.
