Abstract:
Inclusive Education is of utmost importance and a right guaranteed by law. To achieve effective inclusion, communication plays a crucial role. This communication must be efficient, transparent, and centralized, allowing all involved parties to access information, documents, and even data analysis that describes a particular scenario. The dispersion of information across different channels can compromise the user experience and hinder accessibility, affecting the creation of an inclusive environment. Among the actions aimed at accessibility and inclusion at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), the Accessibility and Inclusion Center (NAI) stands out, which aims to serve people with physical, sensory, mental or intellectual disabilities, global developmental disorders, and high abilities/giftedness. In this context, building an integrated system for efficient access to documents, articles, announcements, and other relevant materials is essential to promote inclusive practices and raise awareness within the academic community about accessibility and inclusion issues. Given the above, the objective of this work is to develop a web platform that offers a knowledge base, to be managed by NAI, for communication and content dissemination, in addition to enabling data analysis that represents the current scenario of accessibility and inclusion at UFCG. The construction of the platform was carried out by fully structuring the backend and frontend, ensuring that the frontend is adapted according to digital accessibility standards.
