Resumen:
In the current software development landscape, technical skills alone are no longer sufficient to ensure a project's success. Soft skills, or socio-emotional abilities, emerge as critical elements for the effective performance of teams. However, the lack of emphasis and understanding of these skills has been a persistent challenge, leading to communication problems, ineffective collaboration, and consequently, project delays and failures. This study aims to identify the most relevant soft skills in different stages of the software development process, specifically within the agile Scrum framework, with the goal of providing important insights for professionals and managers, assisting them in recruiting, training, and developing teams that are more effective and adaptable to the demands of the software development process. To achieve this, a survey was conducted with professionals and team leaders to understand the specific skill needs in each phase of the Scrum cycle.
