Resumo:
This internship report describes the development of a supervisory system for the Modular Production System (MPS), developed by the German company FESTO, and the creation of a user guide for CODESYS. The internship was carried out at the Laboratory of Electronic Instrumentation and Control (LIEC) at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), lasting 227 hours, from July 30 to September 20, 2024, under the guidance of Professor George Acioli Júnior and the supervision of Professor Eisenhawer de Moura Fernandes. The user guide was designed to provide undergraduate students with a practical understanding of CODESYS functionalities and its connection to the station’s PLC, covering everything from the software download and installation to PLC programming. The implementation of the functionalities was carried out in such a way that students can successfully replicate the steps presented.
