Resumo:
Considering the challenges and influences of the current social, environmental, cultural, political and economic context and the importance of new social technologies to minimize problems outsourced by societies, the paper analyzes the development of social technologies and how these can influence the socioeconomic sustainability of collectivities places in a situation of social vulnerability in the municipality of. with the contribution of the Campaigns of the Fraternity, within the actions of the social doctrine of the Church permeated by Liberation Theology and its predominant reach in the Ecclesial Communities (CEBs) very influential in the motivation of the Catholic faithful for the sociopolitical struggle of society. Popular education, carried out by religious leaders, and even by lay people (pastoral agents), consisted in promoting formative meetings (non-formal or institutionalized) and a greater awareness of the leading role of the human person. Among these actions were the biblical studies, based on biblical passages that showed the merciful look of God towards the children, especially towards the poor. And the Church's own method of reaching popular education follows three basic actions: "SEE , JUDGE and ACT. The methodology adopted was a case study and consisted of data collection with the chosen community, as well as interviews with farmers 'seed guardians'. It was noticed that the adjustments of the social actors to their experiences of life and local contexts aim at the improvement of the ecclesial and social life in their daily practice.
