Resumo:
Due to the current scenario in which organizations are inserted, it is necessary to use strategies
that guarantee their success, considering a market that is constantly growing and rapidly
evolving, and increasingly competitive. In this sense, logistical efficiency along the supply
chain are important factors and, consequently, help companies to deal with the current situation.
One of the methods that can be used to assist in supply chain management is chain modeling,
which is carried out through the application of several strategies, in order to evaluate how the
integration between the links that compose it occurs. Given this context, this study aims to map
the supply chain of a beverage company, located in the interior of Paraíba, taking into account
aspects related to its suppliers and customers. To this end, a bibliographic review on the research
topic was carried out in order to obtain more knowledge about it. Subsequently, a questionnaire
was prepared for a semi-structured interview with the owner. After that, the modeling of the
supply chain began. As a result, the supply chain was mapped through the application of three
strategies: location, relationship level and mixed. Thus, carrying out this research allowed the
organization to have a systematic view of the entire chain, encompassing the location of the
various links and the level of relationship between them.
