Abstract

This work aims to report the experiences that were obtained during the Mandatory Supervised Internship, carried out during the period from June to August 2024, with a workload of 30 hours per week, at the Nordeste Lácteos Dairy Industry, under the supervision of the company's technical manager, chemical engineer Elói Duarte de Mélo, and guidance from Prof. Dr. Thaisa Abrantes Souza Gusmão.
