The methodology addressed was qualitative, descriptive through an integrative literature review, where 08 articles were analyzed. The main results of this relationship are multifaceted, as it was identified that autonomy and successful adaptation can improve efficiency and satisfaction, but challenges such as communication and health can negatively affect this. The paper's contributions include a fuller understanding of the implications of flexible working and guidance for practical optimization, although methodological limitations are recognized as an area for future research.
