Algumas propriedades físicas de sementes de soja dos cultivares ITM-1, UFV-16 e UFV-18.

Abstract

This work was done at the Laboratory of Storage and Processing of Vegetable Products of the Agricultural Engeneering Department, Federal University of Viçosa. It was determined a few properties of soybeans seed, cv. ITM-1, UFV-16 e UFV- 18. It was found values of sfericity and circularity over 80%. The cv. UFV-16 had the highest value of mass per one thousand seeds: 168,13g, and also highest specific mass of 1,15g.cm-3.
