Abstract

This research was carried out in the region of Campina Grande - PB. The main objective was to evaluate the use of phosphine in the expurgation process on stored grains of corn. One hundred questionnairs were applied among farmers and streetmarket salesmen. The use of phosphine is much common in that region. The use of product in a satisfactory way. Nevertheless, the dosagens they use are higher than those recommended.
