Caracterização física do caqui (Diospyros kaki) - ‘Fuyu’, para dois pontos de colheita.

Abstract

In this work it was determined the values of the main physical characteristics of persimmon fruit ‘Fuyu’, at two maturity indexes. It was observed that the fruit showed significative difference for the majority of the physical properties studied and therefore, these data are important for the postharvest processes.
