Abstract

The objective of this paper was to evaluate metods to reduce fungics putridity by differents post-harvest tecnicals and verify thats influence on the fruit conservation in storage. Analising that experiment, we obtained the best result on the association of prochloraz with the water refrigerated tratament and storage in a shrinkable film.
