Résumé:
In this work we have tried to determine the quantity of water that is condensed from the surrounding air when it passes through the evaporator of a heat pump as a function of its velocity and evaporator temperature. It can be observed from this research that the de-humidification of the surrounding air is satisfactorily obtained, but there exists a limitation on the operation time when relative air humidities lower than 35% are demanded, due to the forming of ice that restricts the operating time of the system.
