Abstract

The objective of this research was to determine the pepper physical properties. The teste were performed utilizing the TSG 70-140 machine, that is known over the world as Jenike Shear Cell. The following properties were determined: particle size, density, interface friction angle, angle of effective friction, friction angle of silo wall and flow function.
