Abstract

In this work we have tried to identify the point in which the seeds begin to reduce their germination percentage and vigor when they are dried at the raised temperatures of 50, 60 an 70 C. One concludes from this research that it is possible to dry bean seeds at high temperatures provided that the dryer permanence times are respected, for each temperature and initial humidity level, for which the seeds are not effected in their physiological qualities.
