Resumo:
It was made a study of the sanitary quality of peanut seeds stored under
ambient conditions, in two microregions of Paraíba State. The treatments were composed
of peanut seeds in and out of the fruit, three types of containers, in two towns and in six
periods of storages. The evaluations of the micoflora were carried out before the storage
and every three months, discarding the containers used. The results obtained
demonstrated that the seeds stored out of the fruit were more affected by fungi and that
there was no influence of the places of storage.
