Abstract

In this work we have tried to verify the effect of the initial humidity level (25, 35 and 45% dry base), temperature (30, 40 and 50 C) and relative air humidity (20, 30, 40 and 50%), on the drying rate. For this we used the equation proposed by Page [RU = exp(-k.tn ) ].
