Abstract

In this work an expert system was developed for the processing of raw cacao. An Object Oriented Programing (OOP) application development environment was used. The expert system allows efficient, simple and illustrated orientation and contributes to the decision making process for the many phases of raw cacao processing. Therefore this tool is useful to processing of cacao since it can contribute for reducing risks of damage to the product
