Abstract:
Visual impairment can present several barriers that make it difficult for people to participate
fully and equally in society and in their daily lives. A project presents five stages during its
life cycle, from conception to closure. These five stages interact with each other, such as:
initialization, planning, execution, control and closure. Therefore, this work is a qualitative,
descriptive research. This study aims to create a project plan to apply the project process stages
(Integration Management, Scope, Time, Costs, Quality, Human Resources, Communications,
Risks, Acquisitions) to the project plan for the creation of glasses that assist the daily lives
of visually impaired people, with the help of the Open Project tool and using PMBOK
(Project Managemente Body of Knowledge) guide as a methodology basis.
