Abstract

This research employed PVC fittings available in the market, to develop a prototype of a hydraulic hammer pump, with the same physical principle as a manufactured pump. The model developed can be used for water pumping at small farms or even for residences. The final product of this resarch is a simple pump with a smaller weight and cost when compared to those manufactured, being sold at market.
